Last Night's Homemade Pizza

After the harrowing week we had, I kept things simple for last night's pizza. Store-bought dough from Whole Foods, and a few simple toppings: pesto, peppers, onions, arugula and Daiya shreds. Simple, but delicious!
Multigrain crust, pesto, red onions, red pepper, baby arugula
and Daiya mozzerella-style shreds. It was Delicious!

Next week, I'm thinking of trying something new. Since last week's Butternut Squash pizza was such a big hit, I'm considering another unusual theme... roasted beets! The Man is skeptical... think I can win him over?
